Meatballs with Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp (45ml) Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves
400g Meatballs
1 Cup (250ml) Basic Creamy White Sauce (see recipe)
100g Sun-dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp (15ml) Tomato Paste
⅓ Cup (80ml) Beef or Vegetable Stock
Salt
Black Pepper
Spaghetti or Tagliatelle
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Basil

METHOD

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic.
Add the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.
Add the remaining ingredients for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with spaghetti, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
