Meatballs with Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Sauce

- 3 Tbsp (45ml) Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 400g Meatballs
- 2 Cups (500ml) Basic Creamy White Sauce (see recipe)
- 100g Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) Tomato Paste
- ⅓ Cup (80ml) Beef or Vegetable Stock
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Spaghetti or Tagliatelle
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Basil

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic.

Add the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

Add the remaining ingredients for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with spaghetti, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
