Nescafé Hot Vulcano

INGREDIENTS

5g Nestle Nescafe Gold
1 cup Boiled Water
Orange zest (grated)
15ml condensed milk
Pinch of Cayene Pepper

METHOD

Put the coffee, hot water (enough for a shot) and the orange zest in a small pitcher and let it rest
Pour the condensed milk in a shot glass and sprinkle the cayenne pepper over it.
Then gently pour the orange infused espresso over it.
