Creamy potato salad
INGREDIENTS
1 Can (290g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
⅓ Cup (80ml) Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp (15ml) Mustard
4 Spring Onions, Chopped
45ml Fresh Parsley, Chopped
2 Gherkins, Diced
500g Baby Potatoes
Salt
Black Pepper
METHOD
In a bowl combine the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, spring onion, parsley, and gherkins and mix well.
Cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and halve.
Fold the warm potatoes into the cream mixture. Season salt and milled black pepper. Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
