                Basic White Sauce Recipe
Use this sauce as a basis in any dish requiring a white sauce.

                    2 Tbsp (30ml) Butter
                    
                
            
                    
                
                    
                
                
                    45 grams Wheat Flour
                    
                
            
                    
                
                    
                
                
                    ½ Cup (125ml) Chicken or Vegetable Stock
                    
                
            
                    
                
                    
                
                
                    2 Cans (240g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
                    
                
            
                    
                
                    
                
                
                    Salt
                    
                
            
                    
                
                    
                
                
                    Black Pepper
                    
                
            
            METHOD
            
                Melt the butter in a pan and whisk in the flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
            
        
                
            
                Add the hot stock and keep whisking.
