Creamy Morogo
Give this traditional recipe a makeover with Nestlé Dessert Cream.
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp (15ml) Oil
2 Onions
2 Garlic Cloves
1 (410g) Can Tomatoes
1 Potato
1 Bunch Morogo/Spinach
100ml Nestlé Dessert & Cooking Cream
Salt
Black Pepper
METHOD
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic over a low heat for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and potato cook for 10 minutes, or until the potato has softened.
Stir in the spinach/morogo and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper, cook for 3-4 minutes.
